About The Position

Help keep our high-pressure die casting presses running at peak performance. We’re looking for an experienced Mechanics/Technicians with the skills to repair and rebuild vertical and horizontal high-pressure die casting presses ranging from 850T to 2,000T, trim presses, CNC machines, and Fanuc robots. If you have a knack for heavy machinery repair, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or willing to complete.
6+ months in industrial maintenance, heavy machinery repair, or similar role (die casting equipment experience preferred).
Able to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams.
Industrial Maintenance Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Hands-on, safety-minded, and comfortable working with large-scale machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

Repair, rebuild, and maintain vertical and horizontal high-pressure die casting presses (850T–2,000T), and related equipment.
Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues using schematics and blueprints.
Perform welding, fabrication, and precision fitting of components.
Operate cranes, forklifts, and lifting equipment to handle large press components.
Conduct inspections to prevent breakdowns and keep production on schedule.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams for efficient press operation.
