Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches. (required)

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (preferred)
Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience. (preferred)

Responsibilities

Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and aluminum extrusion production machines and equipment.
Performs electrical changes to blown fuses and wire plugs.
Repairs electrical wiring and changes hydraulic filters.
Does troubleshooting on mechanical devices such as presses and draw benches.
Performs all lockout / tag out procedures according to company policy.
Examines parts for imperfections.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Repairs and replaces defective parts.
Lubricates and cleans parts.
Participates and is fully engaged in continuous reliability improvement of all equipment and processes.
