Requirements

  • Basic mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems knowledge.
  • Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read equipment drawings and schematics.
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment.
  • Basic computer skills (CMMS, Excel, Word).
  • Problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or associate degree in a related field.
  • 1–2 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute planned preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment, utilities, and control systems.
  • Follow established procedures, maintenance schedules, and equipment manuals.
  • Identify and report equipment deficiencies during maintenance activities.
  • Recommend improvements to preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
  • Ensure completion of assigned work orders and report risks to schedule compliance.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and assist with corrective actions.
  • Generate work orders for repairs outside preventive maintenance scope.
  • Document maintenance activities in the maintenance management system.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements (GMP).
  • Ensure proper identification and labeling of equipment.
  • Support audit readiness through proper documentation practices.
  • Follow safety procedures, permits, and risk assessments.
  • Report unsafe conditions and workplace hazards.
  • Comply with environmental, health, and safety standards.
