About The Position
We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Mechanic with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic skills to keep our rubber manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a stable, year-round position with opportunities for long-term growth.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain presses, slitting machines, curing ovens, and other production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and identify root causes
- Maintain maintenance logs and assist with equipment upgrades
