Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected versatile team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. Requirements

Mechanical aptitude

Willingness to learn/enhance skills through on the job training

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
Prior welding experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers
Work with fabrication, installation of equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics
Assist with maintaining product flow through the plant as needed
Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies, procedures, and training requirements

$2,500 Sign On Bonus
Competitive wages based on experience
Non-Production/Preventative Maintenance Sesaon (~November - May): Four 10 Hours Shfits, Monday - Thursday (Days)
Production Season (~June - November) 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 2 days off rotating schedule (2nd Shift)
