About The Position

This customer serviced focused position is responsible for the facility maintenance of buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. Performs a variety of repair work, general maintenance and mechanical maintenance. Which includes HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and grounds-keeping. Supports other maintenance mechanics with higher level skillset and specialty work to troubleshoot issues. Provides training and assessment of new hires and continued training of maintenance mechanics on a variety of trade standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Building maintenance or plant operations experience is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• In depth knowledge in areas of HVAC, Building Automation, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, Pevco and Locksmith.
• Leadership qualities and training experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves
