Maintenance Mechanic/ Millwright
About The Position
Procor, as part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings (backed by Berkshire Hathaway), is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment and fixtures, conducting basic maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment, and maintaining repair and maintenance records. The position typically requires 0-2 years of experience and involves working under close supervision. The Principal duties include the maintenance and repair/rebuild of welding machines, cutting torches, small hand tools, vehicles, air compressors, track equipment, forklift operations, overhead hoists and cranes, Trackmobile, and various stationary machinery like drill presses, meba saws, band saws, pipe threaders, pipe benders, cutoff saws, and radial arm drill presses. Additional related duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains, and repairs manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
- Conducts basic maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment.
- Maintains repair and maintenance records.
- Troubleshoots problems and escalates non-routine and complex issues to senior coworkers.
- Maintenance and repair/rebuild of welding machines, including calibration.
- Maintenance of cutting torches.
- Small hand tools maintenance - grinders, tank cleaning equipment, etc.
- Vehicles maintenance - tire rotation, etc.
- Air compressor maintenance and operation.
- Maintenance of the Track equipment.
- Forklift operations.
- Overhead hoists and cranes.
- Trackmobile operations.
- Maintenance of Stationary Machinery: Drill press, meba saw, band saw, pipe threader, pipe bender, cutoff saw, radial arm drill press, etc.
