About The Position

We are looking for motivated Maintenance Mechanic who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. This is an hourly full-time position with a pay rate of $40.27/hr, located at the Elk Grove Box Plant in Elk Grove, CA. The role requires flexibility to work all three shifts (Morning: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Swing: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Graveyard 11:00 pm - 7:00 am), work 12 hours as needed, and Saturdays as needed. Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent)
Five (5) years of maintenance experience
troubleshooting skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures and the aptitude to correct those failures
boiler operations and steam systems
Demonstrated technical experience, reliability and the ability to work independent
The ability to work in confined spaces and heights
Must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required

Nice To Haves

Experienced in LOTT
Apprenticeship certification and/or technical degree
Maintenance experience in similar manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

maintaining production equipment to optimize machine efficiencies through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of machines
Accurately completing administrative documents and following directions
