About The Position
Maintains the safe operation and maintenance of building facilities. Performs preventive maintenance activities, responding to customer complaints, and repairing equipment. Repairs and adjusts doors, windows, closures, panic devices and locks. Patches holes, installs escutcheons, repairs ceiling and floor tile as needed to maintain building appearance. Makes minor masonry and wood repairs. Installs pictures, coat hooks, other wall hung furnishings, and equipment as requested. Enters data into computer systems and or mobile devices. Performs related duties as required.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience required.
- May require a valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Some positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.
