You will communicate effectively with employees at all levels through verbal, written, and electronic methods. This role involves completing preventive maintenance on production equipment, material handling systems, safety devices, and facility utilities according to established procedures and schedules. You will also troubleshoot, repair, replace, and align mechanical components including bearings, bushings, gearboxes, transmissions, motors, couplings, clutches, brakes, drive systems, and conveyor belts. Additionally, you will maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves, cylinders, pumps, motors, and distribution components. Diagnosing and repairing programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, and related automation equipment is also part of the role. Finally, you will troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical components including contactors, relays, motor starters, circuit breakers, fuses, transformers, solenoids, switches, transducers, power supplies, and AC/DC motors.
