About The Position

RBCI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (Electrician) to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) that would be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in support of facility and warehouse operations. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required. This position is contingent upon contract award. (Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as as an Electrician and a certification as a journeyman or master electrician.
Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable safety standards
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, installing new electrical components.
Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and safety requirements.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable safety standards
The role may also involve supporting power distribution systems, lighting, and control systems within operational facilities.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
