The Maintenance Apprentice will be tasked with learning and developing practical skills over the course of a 6000-hour DOL certified Apprentice program. Maintenance Apprentices will complete a combination of computerized training, on the job training, and instructor lead training in core topics. Maintenance Apprentices will be required to demonstrate competency in several areas to qualify as a skilled Maintenance Mechanic. Based on the needs of the business, and the merit of the Apprentice, further training as an Electro-mechanical technician or Controls Specialist may be executed.
