We are seeking a versatile 2nd shift team member who enjoys troubleshooting and machine repair in an industrial setting. We are expanding our team and hiring! This role involves repairing and maintaining buildings, machinery, and mechanical equipment, including performing electrical functions. Essential duties include observing mechanical devices to locate trouble, dismantling devices to access and remove defective parts, and repairing and maintaining equipment according to specifications using various tools. The role also involves installing special functional and structural parts, potentially operating metalworking tools, completing training on new and existing equipment, and having general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics, HVAC, and hydraulics. Compliance with quality, ISO, and OSHA standards is required. Specific electrical duties include testing electrical equipment and controls, assembling and testing motor control devices, and diagnosing electrical or mechanical malfunctions. Lockout/tagout training and the ability to train others are also necessary.
