Requirements

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings.
  • Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance practices.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proactive equipment maintenance.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to maximize plant reliability and performance.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely, effective maintenance solutions.
  • Support plant operations by completing maintenance work safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
