About The Position

This position is designed for individuals seeking to build a long-term career in skilled industrial trades. It offers hands-on training, mentorship, and practical experience for those pursuing a career as a Maintenance Technician, Machinist, or Industrial Electrician. The role involves working in a way that always keeps you and your co-workers safe, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing building and manufacturing equipment. You will gather information and feedback from other departments regarding repairs and machine efficiency, and manufacture and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using various machine shop equipment. Additionally, you will use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance functions, and learn directly alongside senior technicians to develop advanced skills across mechanical, electrical, and machining disciplines.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in an industrial setting (or a strong foundational background with a demonstrated drive to train in advanced trade specialties)
Ability to lift and carry 20-60 pounds
Ability to read diagrams, manuals and specifications

Responsibilities

Trouble shoot, repair and install building and manufacturing equipment.
Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines.
Manufacture and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using welders, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders and other machine shop equipment.
Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance functions.
Learn directly alongside senior technicians to develop advanced skills across mechanical, electrical, and machining disciplines.
