About The Position

Bella Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager to maintain the physical integrity of a residential community and ensure a safe, secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves anticipating, identifying, and correcting property-related problems and implementing procedures to prevent them. Requirements

• At least one year of experience in apartment maintenance or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools, mechanical equipment, measuring devices, and user-moved aids.
• Knowledge of HVAC, EPA and OSHA regulations, ADA and Fair Housing laws, electrical and plumbing systems, air-conditioning and heating systems, appliances, and property assets.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Weekends may be required as circumstances warrant.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage and respond to emergencies.
