About The Position
The Maintenance Team Manager at BlueOval SK Battery Park in Stanton, Tennessee will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team tasked with launching the greenfield facility. The BlueOval SK Maintenance Team Manager will lead the maintenance team within the Battery site in Stanton, TN in line with the facility Production System.
Requirements
- High School diploma, some post-secondary (college or skilled trades)
- 1-2 years of Maintenance, operations, and technical experience
- Technical work experience and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to interface with plant hourly, salary, and leadership
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Five (5) years of operations experience in a leadership role
- Manufacturing experience including automotive (assembly a plus)
- Six Sigma Blackbelt
- Background in Lean Manufacturing
- Experience with Greenfield / Startup Sites
Responsibilities
- Ensure site grounds and parking lot maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal
- Support preventative maintenance programs for facilities
- Comply with master licensing and site permit requirements
- Implement and maintain Visual Factory across all site plant engineering equipment
- Coordinate safe bulk unloads
- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, including waste management, recycling, and wastewater treatment
- Comply with combustion safety and arc flash training and reporting requirements
- Manage mechanical/civil engineering projects
