If you're still gaining experience, we’ll be here when you’re ready. As our Senior Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across three locations. You’ll lead teams of skilled technicians, troubleshoot and maintain state-of-the-art machinery, and implement strategies that maximize plant performance while minimizing downtime. This is your opportunity to own the operations and directly influence the success of multiple sites through your leadership and expertise.

Requirements

• +7 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing teams.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of machinery, preferably in cabinetry or similar industries.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team to success.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly assess and resolve equipment issues with minimal disruption.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage talented teams of maintenance technicians, acting as a mentor to help them develop skills and grow careers.
• Oversee daily operations, including machinery and plant infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure machinery operates at peak performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve equipment issues quickly and efficiently.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to equipment, systems, and processes using cutting-edge maintenance strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to the highest safety standards.
• Collaborate with production teams and senior management to align on goals, maintenance schedules, and potential challenges.
• Manage spare parts and equipment inventories to avoid production delays and optimize resource use.
