The Maintenance Manager will have direct responsibility for maintenance personnel and all plant maintenance activities for the facility. This role involves improving and maintaining comprehensive predictive and preventative maintenance programs and KPIs for equipment to maximize over equipment effectiveness. The manager will also improve reliability by installing programs and processes to monitor equipment’s health in real-time, control maintenance costs by managing storeroom and spare parts inventory, and monitor site utilities for optimal efficiency. Additionally, the role includes assisting E&I employees with PLC and control systems, establishing and maintaining maintenance records, overseeing contractor activities, and being available after hours for plant assistance. The position also oversees engineering and continuous improvement activities, including facility modifications, recommending engineering solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and providing technical support. A strong focus on EHS&S is required, including performing duties safely, reviewing SOPs, participating in PHAs, running the Mechanical Integrity Program, and participating in incident investigations. The role requires professional communication with vendors, customers, and internal departments, and completing tasks as directed by the Plant Manager.
