About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services. This role involves leveraging Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members, ensuring individual and team performance meets objectives, and planning/leading daily team briefings. The manager must ensure safety standards in all operations, customarly and regularly direct the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent, and influence employment decisions. They are responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions, executing facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications, and leading, mentoring, engaging, and developing teams. This includes recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance. The role also involves identifying client needs, communicating operational progress, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the completion and maintenance of P&L or client budget statements, delivering client and company financial targets, and adopting all Aramark processes and systems. Requirements

  • Requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance
  • Requires 1-2 years of experience in a management role
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision
  • The ability to multi-task is a must
