Our Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of all fleet maintenance. Responsible for managing a team of fleet maintenance professionals and ensuring compliance with DOT laws.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of regulations, laws, and DOT compliance

- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong negotiating skills
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business preferred but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Managing and building a team of 10-15 maintenance employees
- Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs
- Scheduling and managing truck usage and mileage
- Budgeting and estimating costs
- Tracking KPIs
- Training staff on safety procedures
- Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and laws
