Requirements
- Keen eye for detail.
- Respect for the importance of health and safety in the workplace.
- Ability to perform physical work and lift and operate equipment that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Diverse skillset and time management skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a hotel Maintenance Manager or equivalent experience.
- Experience with project management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Maintenance team.
- Work with the Rooms Department on routine repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and systems.
- Responsible for the administration, preventative maintenance, safety plan, energy improvement, and capital plan development of the department to ensure smooth operation and minimize liabilities.
