That's where you come in. As Maintenance Manager, you'll own the reliability and performance of two manufacturing facilities in the New Berlin/Brookfield area. You'll build programs, lead people, and make decisions that directly impact production uptime, product quality, and the company's ability to scale. Requirements

Leadership experience in a maintenance role
Experience overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance
Experience building and managing programs (e.g., TPM, PM schedules, spare parts inventory, vendor contracts)
Project coordination and budget management experience
Knowledge of safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance standards
Hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a growing team of maintenance technicians — setting expectations, mentoring talent, and creating a culture where people take ownership of their work
Drive reliability by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems for two sites
Build and manage programs — from TPM initiatives and PM schedules to spare parts inventory and vendor contracts
Keep things moving by coordinating maintenance projects, managing budgets, and ensuring work is completed on time and to standard
Be the standard-bearer for safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance across both facilities
