About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is a hands-on position at Mosaico Family Housing, an apartment community in Burien, WA. This role involves performing building maintenance functions, overseeing the budget, and managing vendor contracts in collaboration with property management. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trade.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle.

• Legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents, including completing necessary turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance functions.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts in collaboration with the property management team.
