Job Summary Inspects buildings, grounds, and all related building systems within University Housing to identify maintenance needs and support safe facility operations. Prepare and monitor work orders, maintain key and lock systems, and coordinate maintenance and repair activities with Housing crafts and trades staff. All University Housing staff foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment within University Housing.
