About The Position

An Apartment Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents. This role is crucial for ensuring that apartments are in excellent condition for new tenants, contributing to tenant satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Cleaning vacant apartments.
• Performing general maintenance and repairs.
• Inspecting appliances, fixtures, and systems.
• Groundskeeping, including landscaping and pool maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
