Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding, and preventive maintenance systems
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and reading electrical schematics
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- PLC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead preventive and reactive maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities
- Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Supervise and develop maintenance team members
- Support equipment installations and facility improvement projects
- Manage maintenance planning, parts inventory, and contractor relationships
- Drive safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with production teams to support operational success
