About The Position
Lia Honda Williamsville is seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial team member to keep the dealership clean and orderly. The role includes cleaning dealership interiors, maintaining the shop and building, and performing landscaping and/or winter plowing. Other tasks may be assigned by the Manager. The Lia Auto Group operates dealerships and other businesses across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Requirements
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude.
- Punctuality.
- Clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Keep the entire dealership in clean and orderly condition.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
- Perform shop maintenance.
- Perform building maintenance.
- Perform landscaping and/or winter plowing.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Manager.
