About The Position
Duties consist of regular maintenance of location and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately. Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors. Empty trash cans Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust. Remove graffiti when needed. Special projects - Deep cleaning
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required
- Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
