This individual will perform plant and grounds cleaning to ensure a sanitary and neat operation of the facility.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity and strength/stamina to perform tasks.
• Must be able to communicate and work well with others.

Nice To Haves

• High school education.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain daily cleaning schedule
• Cleaning of restrooms, Handrails, Floors, Vestibules and Stairwells
• Must be able to sweep, scrub and mop floors as necessary.
• Collect and dispose of facility refuse.
• Replace/stock cleaning supplies for restrooms and storage area.
• Must be able to safely operate a tow motor, floor sweeper and floor scrubber.
• Maintains outside grounds.
• May be called on to perform various duties as required by supervisors.
