Maintenance Inventory Specialist
About The Position
Trident Consulting is seeking a "Maintenance Inventory Specialist" for one of our clients in "Minden, NV". This role is with a global leader in business and technology services. The position is for a Maintenance Inventory Specialist located in Minden, NV, and is an onsite role for a duration of 12 months. The pay rate is $25/hr on w2. As a maintenance inventory specialist, your daily job requirements will include ordering parts and managing physical inventory for both our facilities and maintenance teams. With the limited floor space available, we will require someone with fantastic organizational skills to manage our spare parts within the cabinets we currently have.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years relative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with a maintenance management software, particularly maintenance connection (Accruent).
- Understanding of predictive maintenance management.
Responsibilities
- Ordering parts and managing physical inventory for facilities and maintenance teams.
- Managing spare parts within cabinets due to limited floor space.
- Interface and communicate with suppliers to ensure performance aligns with quality, service, and delivery targets.
- Responsible for procurement and stock of inventory, including spare parts for active repair cases.
- Manages credit card and expense reporting.
- Orchestrates travel arrangements and itineraries, including hotel and transportation.
- Performs cycle counts and maintains inventory records of spare parts.
- Manages tools with calibration requirements.
- Manages fork truck certifications.
- Performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain work area.
