This role plays a critical part in keeping maintenance teams organized, supplied, and operating efficiently while ensuring residents receive the service they expect. This role sits at the intersection of Maintenance Operations, Inventory Management, Purchasing & Vendor Coordination, Work Order Administration, and Property Operations. You'll work closely with community leadership and maintenance teams to ensure supplies, vendors, documentation, and operational processes stay organized and on track.
