Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.).
• Help with cleaning, trash removal, and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Maintain grounds, sweep, remove trash, and water plants.
• Support the team with preventative maintenance and equipment checks.
• Assist with painting, curb appeal, and general property improvements.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked.
• Follow safety procedures and help ensure a secure environment.
