Position Overview: The Maintenance III position is responsible for performing all maintenance tasks to improve the physical appearance, function, and operation of agency buildings, property and equipment. This individual must demonstrate the knowledge and application of commonly-used concepts, practices, and safety procedures in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, grounds keeping, pest management and vehicle servicing. Works under minimal supervision of the maintenance supervisor (or supervisor designee) while also relying on experience and judgement to organize and complete tasks.
