Responsibilities

  • Accountable and responsible for maintaining a safety culture, following all SOPs, JSAs, and policies and procedures as set out by Target Hospitality.

  • Oversee vendors and contractors to confirm work is correctly performed and completed on time, that the correct materials are used, and that procedures meet state requirements — by reviewing plans and specialized drawings and using work orders, estimates, and visual inspection.
  • Repair, modify, construct, fabricate, install, and maintain building structures and equipment — including roofs, floors, walls, ceilings, foundations, generators, HVAC equipment, and compressors — to provide safe conditions.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inspections on buildings and equipment, follow maintenance procedures, and maintain records of scheduled maintenance.
  • Repair various equipment and materials, including replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning, HVAC, carpentry, and wiring.
  • Maintain electronics including but not limited to refrigerators, television sets, air conditioners, and lift stations.
  • Remove blockages from restroom and kitchen facilities to restore the flow and drainage of waste water and products.
  • Hang, patch, texture, and paint sheetrock and drywall to cover, repair, or create various finishes on framed, existing, or damaged walls.
  • Replace and repair ceiling tiles and ceiling grid systems to correct damaged, stained, or broken tiles.
