About The Position
The Maintenance II is responsible for troubleshooting and performing intermediate repairs on apartment and public-area HVAC equipment, as well as maintaining residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate, and efficient maintenance. This is a full-time position at 2815 Byberry Road, Hatboro, Pennsylvania 19040, scheduled from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM and every other weekend. The hourly rate is $20.00–$24.08.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of residential building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, flooring, and appliances.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including correcting electrical malfunctions; repairing or replacing plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings; replacing light bulbs and fixtures; and repairing doors and locks.
- Perform assigned maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Help maintain appropriate material and supply levels for the assigned neighborhood to support timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Participate in team-based snow removal across the campus.
- Perform other required duties.
