About The Position
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Minimum of HS diploma or GED.
- Must be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment.
- Respond to emergency housekeeping calls to clean spills, empty trash, or other duties as necessary.
- Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service.
