About The Position

This position will help keep our injection molding equipment running smoothly. In this role, the incumbent will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support daily operations. Incumbent be working on Hypet, HPP 5.0, G Line, and Neisse machines to help ensure consistent quality and reliable performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Experience in injection molding or industrial maintenance
  • Familiarity with Husky or similar injection molding equipment
  • Good display of interpersonal skills and ability to interact with others in a professional and tactful manner.
  • SAP, Basic computer skills (Microsoft office)
  • Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety guidelines, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and GMP practices
  • Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, molds, and support equipment
  • Work on Hypet, HPP 5.0, G Line, and Niessie systems
  • Keep an eye on machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot common molding issues like short shots, contamination, and color problems
  • Handle material purging and assist with process adjustments
  • Perform color changeovers and maintain color systems
  • Diagnose and fix hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum-related issues
  • Operate and troubleshoot dryers and other auxiliary equipment
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work and process changes
  • Communicate with team members about equipment issues and solutions
