About The Position

As part of our national expansion, we are looking for an experienced and reliable HVAC Technicians to join our team on a full-time basis in Canberra. This role will also be required to do overtime when required and be part of an after-hours Roster to meet our client needs. You will travel between various job sites daily, including Retail and Petroleum locations. Carry out breakdowns, servicing, preventative & reactive maintenance and installation on HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Our dedicated head office team will manage your schedule, and you will have support from your own coordinator. Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and project managers to complete HVAC projects efficiently and effectively. Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations and safety standards. Work collaboratively with team members and maintain clear communication with clients to deliver exceptional customer service. Keep accurate and detailed records of work performed, including reports and service documentation.

Requirements

  • Formal qualifications in HVAC or refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or IV in Airconditioning & Refrigeration
  • Current ARCtick National license for fluorocarbon refrigerants
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably a background in commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A national police check and medical assessment will be part of the recruitment process
