About The Position
The Oshkosh YMCA is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Maintenance/Housekeeping staff member. This early morning position is ideal for those who want to work before the rest of the world wakes up—freeing up your afternoons and evenings! This role offers consistent, early morning hours, allowing you to enjoy your afternoons off. All paid training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will work in a friendly, supportive environment and make a real impact in your community.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as snow removal and light cleaning
Responsibilities
- Snow removal and lawn care
- Light ice arena maintenance, including driving a Zamboni (training provided)
- Ice arena locker room cleaning
- General light maintenance throughout the building
