About The Position

The Maintenance Helper position is an integral part of our production team, involved in daily processes and successful outcomes for our facility and its customers. In this position you will support production operations and assist other maintenance team members with assigned tasks. This position applies their skills in various venues to achieve success.

Requirements

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen and be at least 18 Years Old
• Work safely and follow all plant rules
• Able to work in confined spaces and elevations over 50 ft
• Communicate in a clear and effective manner
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, and have flexibility
• Read a tape measure and do basic math

Nice To Haves

• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to use lifting equipment
• Drive a forklift
• Good hand eye coordination
• Be mechanically adaptable
