About The Position
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance / Grounds Technician to help keep our residential apartment communities in the West Seneca and Southtowns area in top shape. If you appreciate independence in your work, enjoy a change of scenery throughout your week, and take genuine pride in keeping properties looking their best, this role could be a great fit. As a key member of our property team, you’ll travel between multiple locations using a company-provided vehicle, ensuring that each community is clean, inviting, and well-maintained. Your eye for detail and proactive approach will help us deliver the high standards our residents expect.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or similar work preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance criteria
- Self-starter who manages time well and works independently
- Reliable, detail-focused, and committed to high standards
- Takes satisfaction in creating a clean, welcoming environment

Responsibilities
- Preserve curb appeal by maintaining landscaping and common areas
- Remove trash, debris, and perform seasonal cleanups
- Keep walkways, parking lots, and shared spaces tidy and safe
- Handle minor repairs to fencing, signage, lighting, and more
- Complete basic painting and cosmetic touch-ups as needed
- Serve as the on-site presence, spotting potential issues early
- Communicate maintenance needs and safety concerns to Community Managers
- Assist with salting walkways and refilling salt buckets
