About The Position
Lifesteps is hiring a part-time, entry-level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Butler area. Lifesteps is a nonprofit human services organization serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years, providing programs and services to help people with special needs live to their fullest potential. The position provides building maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping services to help ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition. The schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with weekends off.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair.
- Ability to read and write.
- Valid driver's license that legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
- Provide building maintenance services.
