About The Position

Brookestone View is seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play an important role in our daily operations by helping maintain the building, grounds, equipment, and overall environment for our residents and team members. Your work directly contributes to the comfort, safety, and quality of life of those we serve.

Requirements

• Practical maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related experience
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Willingness to assist with transportation needs
• Strong personal integrity and professionalism
• Caring, positive attitude toward residents and coworkers
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks efficiently and independently
• Pride in providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality environment

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for residents.
• Assist with transportation needs.
