Perform periodic and reactive maintenance on production equipment and ground support equipment. This role involves demonstrating Leadec's values and business principles, working safely, and maintaining a clean workspace adhering to 5S standards. Responsibilities include performing PM tasks, closing out corrective actions, logging work in Maximo, responding to emergent maintenance needs, identifying and implementing PM and safety improvements, participating in training, receiving and implementing customer feedback, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also requires leading root cause analysis, problem-solving, and elimination of recurring issues, with a focus on critical equipment impacting downtime. High-level support for breakdowns and repairs of general service production and automated manufacturing equipment is expected, along with assisting management in maintaining compliance and prioritizing maintenance work orders. The technician must be able to respond rapidly to breakdowns and correct mechanical, electrical, or programming issues associated with automated systems. Troubleshooting skills for PLC, AC/DC Drive Systems, Robotic Systems, HVAC Systems, Diesel Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Electrical Systems, and Power Generation Systems are necessary. The role involves working from mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, ladder logic displays, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics, and updating as-built drawings. Basic carpentry skills are also required. Adherence to and support of EHS and Quality objectives in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001, and 9001 is mandatory. Other duties as assigned by the Leadec manager.
