Responsibilities

Prepare, train, and share best practices with Local Job Trainers and vendors globally and locally.
Develop and align global standards across all sites.
Build training competencies and implement standards through the Global Job Trainer network.
Serve as a technical expert within your department.
Support globalization and scalability initiatives.
