This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Requirements

Ability to understand technical and training manuals
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work a rotating schedule
Minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years
Willing and able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

Past experience, special training, and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets
Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures
Performing troubleshooting, repairs, and providing technical support for all phases of the operation
Communicating as needed and understanding technical and training manuals
Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds
Working in temperatures ranging from 20 degrees to 50 degrees
