This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Requirements

• Must be willing and able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
• Must be willing and able to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
• Must be willing and able to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals.
• Must be willing and able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift/push/ pull up to 75 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to work in temp that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals.
• Applicant must have strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.
• Must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years.
