About The Position

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Bids are awarded on departmental seniority ie: Harvest/Processing/Freezer. 6 month freeze periods from further bidding will be applied to bid winners that bid a LATERAL bid (same grade job) DOWN bid (lower grade job) Self Disqualify or Self withdraw their bid after the award date. 12 month freeze periods will be applied to bid winners that are awarded a bid in another department ie: Freezer/Warehouse to Production or Production to Freezer/Warehouse (this does not apply to Harvest to Processing/Converting).
