About The Position

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. The role maintains equipment in good working condition and supports production by addressing equipment problems during the shift. The position is for team members currently working at this facility or complex only. A resume is required.

Requirements

At least one year of documented mechanical work experience, which may be accumulated across multiple employers, or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.
Obtain Lock Out Tag Out certification.
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly during a shift and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.
Ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, and gripping, and frequent overhead work.
Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
